The Anglers Rest (Kinlough)

Locals know it as Cubbies. Off to a good start: walk in to a mix of Smithwicks and Guinness drinkers (and dogs). Poured with care. Class owner. A deadly pint with a super smooth texture and perfectly balanced bitterness. Great foam and glasses. Legend.
