The Castle Inn (Easkey)

Easky is down to one pub. Luckily, it’s a delight (except the one time I walked into a funeral). Spent a month in the area, and it’s always fun to come back. Friendly place. Thick caramel. Temp is perfect. Solid lacing. A truly fine drink.
